Some preliminary calculations
I have to spend 310 hours learning Spanish for 3 years. This means 103 hours per year or 0.3 hours per day. Which means about 2 hours per week or I can speand one day per week learning Spanish. I decided this day to be Monday. So for the other languages I have 2.7 h/w for Italian, 2.4 h/w for Portuguese, 4.8 h/w for Latin and 1.3 h/w for Galician. So I decided to divide week by days. Because Italian and Portuguese need some more hours I decided to combine them with Spanish in weekend. In these cases I will emphasise on comparison and differences beteen my focused languages. Because Latin needed more than one day I combined it with Galician which is not so good but maybe this is an interesting point to combine old language with another old but minority language (not world wide language). Then I will try to keep 3 goals for every 2-3 months like suggested Lýdia Machová. For Latin and Galiacian because they are fairly new languages to me I will use textbooks but I will try to keep the 3 focused goals for them too.

2. Italian
One of my focused languages. I made a good listening and writing and will continue. Try to focus carefully on phonetic drills.

3. Portuguese
One of my focused languages. I made massive listening and will continue. I have some good materials in Russian but I will use them later. I have to be very careful with phonetic drills - I have to teach myself to a good standard pronunciation.

5. Galician
I will primary use CELGA - fantastic course for learning Galician - with listening files, exercises, grammar. I will try to find additional YouTube channels with learning materials because TVG would be difficult to me in the beginning.

6. Spanish - Italian comparison
For this comparison day I wil use materials from iternet - mostly scientific articles. My goal is to make clear contrast in any aspect between these languages. Also my other goal is to analyse similarities. Thus I will focus on the differences and difficulties in my language learning.

Conclusion
This plan is already started and I have to finish only a few things. I continue to do these things:
- count my learning hours in my Google spreadsheed
- write in this diary about my progress
- write my grammar notes for each language (starting for Galician and Latin)
- listening podcasts on YouTube
- reading every day a little These things become habits for me and I want to add some more:
- phonetic drills
- reading aloud
